Thanks, Ken. This is just what I needed to match trucks and road
numbers on my three models. It looks like I reversed ASF and
Barber on my original list. They’re not as easy to identify in the photos
as the National trucks. As for mechanical hand brakes and ladder stiles, I’ll
go with the information from the photos. After thinking about it, I may have introduced
the A and B designators when I saved the original file to disk, because I
remember going back and renaming the files using the road number some days
later when I was organizing downloaded and scanned photos.

on the trucks.
