There weren't any as far as I know, in the sense that Pullman had Plan numbers.  Pullman (not Pullman-Standard) assigned Plan numbers to the sleepers (Pullman handled all maintenance on the sleepers & dorm). 

Not exactly sure what you're looking for.  There were Job numbers that were similar to Pullman-Standard Lot numbers.    

BTW, Phil Stepek passed away earlier this week.  A huge loss for the CB&Q as he was responsible for the "Silver" cars at IRM, and had a very prominent role in bringing in SILVER PONY, attempting to bring in OLYMPUS and other cars.
