April 17, 1917 Cheyenne. There was no damage to the cars derailed at Iron 
Mountain. It was a car of ore with broken flanges, and, I think a 10 mph slow 
order is best as some of the spikes were broken off and others are not up to 
the rail on the main line. Richardson.
April 17, 1917, Chugwater - "No. 29 delayed 5 minutes at Cheyenne loading mail 
and 20 minutes switching. 20 min. at Iron Mountain run by Extra North.
April 18, 1917. Chugwater. No water in Bordo (Bordeaux)tank again, 29 running 
over one hour late again.
April 18, 1917. Chugwater. Bordeaux tank is ok again. S.A.C.
April 19, 1917, Altus - No. 29 has C&S Eng. 323. Pullmans: Dunkirk and 
Henderson. Chair car CB&Q 1430, C&S coach 503, Express Car C&S 214, CB&Q 
mail/baggage 1920. Conductor: Hughes.
April 20, 1917. Cheyenne. All trains will run slow and carefully from 5 poles 
North of MP 52 to 12 poles North of MP 52 Account derailment and very soft 
track and ground. 4:00 p.m.
April 21, 1917. No 29 has eng #620, Q Comb 1924, Q Bge 1395, C&S Chair Car 501, 
Q Chair Car 4419. Pullman Marquise, Pullman Runnymeade, Pullman Jalisco. 
Flagman Stephens, Porter Williams.
April 22, 1917. Cheyenne. Teamster cut No. 123 at MP 70, we cleared it at 4:45 
p.m. Phone at Bordeaux is burned out, am bringing it to Denver in a.m. on #32. 
Kimberly.
April 22, 1917. No. 29 has Q 1920 combine, C&S Bagg. 214, C&S Chair 503, Q 4430 
chair c. Pullman cars Oberlin and Henderson. Brakeman Roth, flagman Perry, 
Porter West.
April 22, 1917. No. 29 called out of Cheyenne for 10:20 left at 10:40 5 minutes 
loading mail, 15 minutes Cheyenne setting out diner and baggage cars. Lost 10 
minutes at Islay waiting and meet #32. 15 min at Diamond Sawing (saw-by?) Extra 
North.
April 24, 1917 Chugwater. No. has the following cars - C&S 214 baggage, Q Chair 
car 503, Q Chair car 4430, Pullmans Bruges, Oberlin and Tonowanda.
