Ben,

I don't know of a casting but it can be made from brass ladder stock. Cut the sides flush with the bottom of the bottom rung, cut to length, remove third rung if needed. Drill holes and glue.

If you can't get ladder stock Tomar etched signal ladders might work (Walthers P/N 81-899)
