Ricky Yes it does. Be sure to head in at Bevier and see the resurrected Bevier and Southern...Now hauling coal inbound rather than outbound.
You will basically parallel the Q all the way across Missouri, but due to highway relocation in some cases you will be quite some distance from the ROW. Also just west of Chilicothe you will closely parallel the abandoned line from Brookfield to St. Joe and see...if the vegetation isn't too thick the remains of a long series of concrete bridge structures along the river wetlands...I think it's the 102 river, but it might be the Grand River..I don't have a MO map with rivers handy.
Also as you're coming north on I 29 be sure you look to your right (east) and see the remains of Hunter's Cut..About all that remains of the late lamented Rock Port Langdon and Northern.
Pete

I'm going to the NMRA regional, just for the train show, this Saturday. I plan to do some railfanning on the home to Omaha and was thinking about heading up to Hannibal then across MO on US36. Will this route take me along form Q line, it appears that it does, just want to make sure? Thanks Ricky Keil Bellevue, NE __._,_.___
