IIRC the as-delivered Chinese Red on the SD24 and GP20 units was more orange than subsequent units and repaints. I heard there was a problem with the paint adhesion (it could be peeled off as a complete locomotive wrapper) and the replacement paint was more red.

Would you agree with this or is it just me? But it seems to bright and a little to orange"ish" in my eye. The Atlas red seems much better.

What are your thoughts?
