Hi Art  I have several pictures/slides of the service facilities at Rock Island Illinois used by the CB&Q and Burlington Northern in the early 1970's.  Bud Linroth.

I have taken on the task, along with a colleague, of producing a set of volumes covering the facilities of the CB&Q and its affiliates and successors. These will be all in color (Morning Sun), so we are going beyond our own collections and that of some friends so that we can have optimal coverage. We would love to hear from any of you regardless of how few or how many slides you can loan us. When we use one or more of your slides in any volume, you will receive a copy of that volume.

We are especially looking for slides with trains or locomotives at the facility, facilities jointly used with other railroads and bridges.
