Of course, if you were in N (Normal) Scale you’d be able to buy the prewar Baggage, RPO, Coach, Diner and Diner-Parlor Obvs in plastic from Kato.

And I’m working on a conversion roof for the Silver Dome/Silver Castle.

Oriental did the 4700 Budd prewar coach ca.1984 with their '47 Vista Dome Twin Zephyrs run, much as Shoreham Shops released their 4700

about a dozen years later with their Vista Dome Twins run. Along with the Pattern Dome 4709/4714, the 4700 models were for augmenting

the new consists. The only other brass 4700 model was part of Hallmark's 3-car General Pershing Zephyr set for #4703 Silver Eagle,

packaged with one-of-a-kind #4704 Silver Leaf plus a 300 diner-parlor-obs (only time yet one of these were made).

 

NKP CAR has done plated brass sides for the 4700 but you need to build the rest.
