Leo, all, I hired out eight years after the incident you described occured. While I was aware of the accident I never heard many details of it. It does seem, as your message would indicate, that he was struck by a protruding load that was being shoved into an adjacent track. This vividly points out the need to be aware of EVERYTHING going on around you at ALL times !!
