Here is a paragraph from a review I wrote of the AMB CBQ depot years ago for RMC:

The CB&Q used Mineral Red with Medium Green trim on all their depots. Late in their life some depots were painted a solid mineral red or even solid white. I contacted John Lee, a fellow member of the Burlington Route Historical Society and Badger’s Model Flex consultant, for his suggestions for standard CB&Q colors. He recommended Model Flex #14 Light Tuscan Red and #104 Dark Green. I also used #05 Weathered Black for the roof, and #120 Flat White for the interior walls. I find the colors to be a very close match to color photos I have seen and am quite pleased with John’s recommendations.
