Frannie Wy would have had traffic from Cody and Powell on that branch, which connected to the mainline at Frannie.  Also a lot of Tank Car Traffic from the oil fields in the surrounding area. Which many of the cars were owned by Mutual Oil Company, they had a refinery in Cowley, WY next town north of Frannie.  Also a refinery in Glenrock WY at the Big Muddy Oil Field.  Then shipped back east for distribution.  Those interested Bob's Engine House had a special run of tank cars painted and lettered for the Mutual Oil Company. 6 numbers and was the Intermountain 8,000 gal. tank model.  Fortunately I bought all 6 numbers.  At the time $15.00 a piece.  Any interested I can provide more information about this area, if you ask.  Sorry I can not answer the reweigh marks question.

A table of reweigh marks was posted to the STMFC list that includes three Q
marks of unknown location. These marks are DB, FRN, and SE. I looked at the
system map in an effort to guess where these location were, and the only
locations I found could be DB = Davenport/Bettendorf, IA, FRN = Frannie, WY,
and SE = Sedan, MO. I have no idea if these are the actual locations. Does
anyone out there know these locations?
