Disregard this question.  I was looking at the picture on page 61 of volume 3, 
whether the angle and distance of the train are such that the passenger 
compartment windows of the second car cannot be made out.  However, the picture 
on page 82 show them definitely to be present.  I regret the error.

Another question. The picture in CBWIC vol 1 shows the second car (505) still 
has its passenger compartment, but it is gone in the picture in volume 3. When 
did the car lose it&#39;s passenger compartment?
