[CBQ] burlington bridge fixed spans

started yesterday morning about 8:30am to watch them put the two new fixed span 
in on the east side of the river.by the time i got there they already had both 
old span out and the middle new span in place.this left the span on the river 
bank on the east side to do and a short open deck span to connect the old and 
new together. the railroad was shut down at 9:oopm friday night and workers had 
a 36 hour windon to get it done in.by 3:00pm the sections crew moved out onto 
the bridge from the west side and the connected the open deck to the old span 
and then continued east until the had all the track back together.there 36 hour 
windon was up at 9:00am this morning and there were no problems i know of.

i just up loaded 14 pictures from yesterday and i will post some more in the 
next day or two.

from the information i have they will repeat yesterday work with two more spans 
on the 22 of november they are already built down at the river bank in weaver.

the real time to be here to watch is when they are working at night the really 
light up the bridge i was unable to get pictures this time of the work at night
