I have fabric samples from CB&Q Commissary @ Crook Bro's Whse (removed with BN 
approval prior to bldg being torn down).  Send me a scan & I can tell you if 
CB&Q origin.  The patterns are also discussed in some Q passenger car books 
including the old Dorin book.   Gerald Edgar
