Greg, I imagine that the RBCS cars had the same roof. The flat panel roof was 
obsolete when these cars were built in the early to mid 60's, and RBCS being 
the Q's subsidiary did not differentiate in design.
 
I only found one pic of an RBCS r and that was a 60' RBL in the green & yellow 
scheme. That car too has the OH Diagonal Panel roof.

The photos I that have are that clear on the roof .Next question are these the 
same as rbcs but with on roof walks
