[CBQ] Freight Car Series Numbers

I've been making additions and corrections to the 1950 Boxcar ORER
spreadsheet on the Steam Era Freight Car List, and there are several number
series on the spreadsheet that aren't identified by class.

8000-8224 (I think they're 40 ft. 6 in. express boxcars)
20000-20299
20500-20509
21500-22749 (I think they're 50 ft. steel AAR type boxcars)
95000-106599
106600-110899
120500-120999
121000-121299

I'd like to get the class designations for these number series and any data
available.
