[CBQ] Future Bulletins

I certainly enjoyed this past issue by Dave and Hol.  I think I finished 
reading it cover to cover in record time.  

It got me to thinking of possible future issue suggestions.  Although it didn't 
include the SD-40s and SD-45s, it did cover most of the SD units.  Past issues 
have covered F units, E units, EAs, and centercabs.  For my two cents worth, 
I'd like to suggest a similar issue(s) on Geeps, given the variety owned by the 
CB&Q.
