The 1900 rule book is set up in the manner of later books while the 1883 is set up very differently. In 1900 Rule G is in the general rules in the very front. In the 1883 rule book the rule on intoxicating liquors is no. 187 near the back of the book. Ken Martin Thanks, Ken, that gives me an idea of when they set the General rules.
