Stainless Steel was also used in some depots under the counters.  I was able to 
go to Newberry with Jim Singer in May and the photo collection there would blow 
you a way with neat details and subjects, angles and locations.

I just noticed on the BRHS calendar photo for July that the BURLINGTON sign
on the depot isn't black like it is today. What color was the sign circa
1950? Do any color photos of the sign exist for this period?
