William: One of the photos on pg.66 of Mike Spoor's "CB&Q in Color, Vol. 2" shows the MILW junction with CB&Q in Savanna. The photo, which looks southeastward, does show a tower along the Burlington ROW west of the tracks. Also, there are track elevation diagrams of Savanna available (I got mine on a CD from Steven Holding), some of which may already be posted in the files area. Additionally, if you are really interested in MILW around Savanna, check out the 3rd Quarter 2002 issue of The Milwaukee Railroader.
