[CBQ] CBQ Open Hopper Spotted in Minneapolis

I came across this on another list that I am on and wanted to share here.  A 
car still in CB&Q paint (although badly deteriorated) still seen on the rails 
in 2011, some 41 years after becoming a fallen flag.
