I have a copy of The Car Dept Bulletins Vol. No.1  July 1, 1923-July 1, 1924
This was a booklet of Questions and Answers issued by an Educational Committee 
on different items which would crop up in rip track and other car shops.  A lot 
of the practices listed in the booklet can be applied to museum work today
