FYI,

The Burlington-Northern/Santa Fe Railway bridge in Burlington lifted Saturday 
for the first commercial tug & barge tow of the season.

That marks the reopening of river navigation and the near completion of the 
first phase of the new bridge. 

Phase-2 of the project is replacement of the approach spans to the bridge.  
That work is expected to be finished by December.

This was reported on radio station KBUR 1490 on March 7th.
