the original question was if any Havelock baggage cars were painted as plain 
silver with no striping.
I provide a photo site for CBQ 994 painted as such.

CB&Q 993 is not a Heavyweight Car... it is a Lightweight "Economy" Baggage Car 
constructed at Havelock. 
I am not prepared to state that there weren't any Silver-painted Heavyweight 
Baggage Cars; I just can't recall any at this moment.

CBQ 993 is currently under restoration in silver at IRM as well.
