Rory, I paint the interiors with a very light tan (more off-white) - usually Polyscale CSX Tan or something like that to brighten up the interior. For the body I use Scalecoat I Pullman Green and Black for the roof and underbody. It leaves a great surface for decals. I don't like Pollyscale Pullman Green.
