All of the E9's had the stainless panels as delivered, as well as the last 
2 orders of E8's with delivery starting in August of 1952.  Not all of the E7's 
had them.  A summary of the units with/without the panels can be found in issue 
#10 of the Burlington Bulletin (Covers the Q's E-units in depth, highly 
recommended) and at the bottom of the final CB&Q roster at
