There is a color photo of drover car 5763 in BB#25, p. 111. The sides and ends are mineral red, the roof is black, but the underframe is in shadow. The trucks are black, and I think the underframe is also black. Lettering was white with the entries below centered on the side. CB&Q 5763 Drover Car The bulletin text states that these drover cars were built from 12 section 1 drawing room tourist sleeping cars, Pullman plan 2410-F. You could easily kitbash one of these cars from any 12-1 Branchline kit, assuming you can find one after the recent sale announcement to Atlas. I am pretty sure the sides and ends were boxcar red with white letters but what was the underframe, trucks and roof? ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
