That's because the tender is Pennsy. The correct tender is supposed to come
with whatever road name you order, along with any other railroad specific
details on the locomotive. Without actual photos of the Q model, we're
buying a pig in a poke and hoping that Walthers gets it right.

w/sound & DCC. Check your local hobby store for reservations, since this is
