As far as I know there are no locations along the triple track that had stations on both sides of the tracks. As for the baggage cart, there is a pedestrian crossing close by that could have been used to cross the tracks, so it's not landlocked to the north side. My first thought when seeing this picture was that the building was for express, but other than a hunch I have nothing to back up my opinion. Which brings up an interesting secondary question, just how was express handled at various towns along the triple track out to Aurora IL? Being a Downers Grovian I'm especially interested in how it was handled in my home town.
