I think the biggest thing that shows this paint scheme to be CB&Q inspired is
the CAT logo under the window. I don't recall seeing a similar color scheme or
logo used on other CAT equipment, but it is hard not to imagine the Burlington
Route logo sitting there. I wonder who the Q person is at Progress who wanted
to see this scheme on a running locomotive?
