Tks for sharing Dave. I did a quick seasrch of autograph firms and FDR's are
relatively common due to his many yrs as an elected official and politician and
13+ yrs as President plus he was generous with autographs to anyone who asked.
I.E. as former Presidents go, his is a common autograph. That said, it's a
scarce presidential menu; a limited # printed for each such trip on any RR -
seldom a stock cover. (Now if it were Ralph Budd's or Harry Murphy's
autograph on one of their own Q menus, I might consider!)
