I'm finishing a couple of resin cars, and I have Micro Scale's Micro Gloss, Micro Satin, and Micro Flat. Micro Scale does not offer any help on thinning these products for air brush application. I called then, and they said it was determined by trial and error (I suspect mostly error with advise like that!). Micro Scale's FAQ says they all water based and should be thinned with water or isopropyl alcohol. I tried Micro Gloss and isopropyl alcohol at 50:50, and the airbrush threw globs on the model at 20 psi, but smoothed out at 30 psi. I would appreciate some input from modelers who have used these products. Nelson ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
