Fellow List Members, After several years of accumulating reservations I have reached the minimum to add HO and N-scale brass passenger car sides for the GN/CB&Q/SP&S 1947 Empire Builder PS 8-4-4 "Pass" sleepers to our catalog. Old-timers on this list will recall seeing the two CB&Q cars in this series, 1167 "Cut Bank Pass" and 1168 "Red Gap Pass", on not only the 1947 EB, Blackhawk, and Western Star, but also other Q overnight trains as fill-in and extra cars. The sides will come with full skirts, which may be trimmed as desired for the later appearance of these cars. The HO sides will be sized to match the Walthers "River" and second "Pass" sleepers, although they may also be used with other body options. The N sides will be designed for the American Limited Models core kits. I expect to start filling reserved orders in mid-October. Please see www.brasscarsides.com for stock numbers, prices, and updates. Reservations are still most welcome and will assure that such orders will be filled from the first production run. Feel free to contact me off-list at dchenry@gac.edu for reservations or questions. Thank you. Dennis Henry Brass Car Sides ------------------------------------ Yahoo!
