  I just finished painting both of NE-12 cabooses for my layout and need
some help with the roof detail.On the B end of the car on the roof there is
a short stack.I'm assuming this is for the toilet.Could some please tell me
what this is and who perhaps makes this part.Also what type of running board
are correct for these cabooses.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
