Here is what I was able to find about this waycar:

"When Dave Bridges was still the chapter president, back in the 1970's, the 
chapter had a "Q" caboose that was stored on the Exide battery factory siding 
between Aurora and Montgomery near the old sheep yard. the caboose was disposed 
of after a few years after the planned 'display' at the Prairie Park in Aurora 
was kiboshed. This might be the same caboose, but we have no record of the 
number."

"I'm still waiting to hear back from another one of the older members regarding 
the La Moille caboose, but I doubt that Blackhawk Chapter retained ownership of 
it in recent decades."
