just added a new pictrue of the bridge construction.with little being done
over the last week due to the rains and now the high water from the
rains.current river stage is 17.74ft normal river stage is 8ft.all work has
stop on the preirs under the bridge but work has continued on the new draw
span.this is one of the wind mill trains from seimens in fort madison head
east.the priers are under the first car of the train
