[CBQ] Pullman car project is really GREEN

Hi friends
Its time for another update as the car 57 project goes well and truly green. 
The horrible West end starts to look really nice again and the car regains some 
of its splendour or as the Denver Post of March 1888 put it on car 45's (later 
57) inaugural run ' never has a more slendid train ever left a depot'   Hmmm a 
bit too much i think?
