[CBQ] Review of Dream Trains 2 & Passenger Train Annual 2009

FYI. 

At my local hobby shop yesterday, I bought the following magazines:

Passenger Train Annual 2009 (White River Productions):
This has a close-up photo of the receding CZ on the cover out west to introduce 
their article "Silver Salute: Celebrating 75 Years of Zephyrs".  Eleven pages 
of Zephyr photos from Mike Schafer, Phil Gosney, Jim Neubauer, Alan Bradley, 
David Oroszi, Jim Angel, Kevin Eudaly,  & Tom Nelson.   The CZ, PZ, DZ, NZ, TZ, 
& KCZ are the photo subjects.  

Classic Tains: Dream Trains 2 (Kalmbach Publishing):
This has a close-up Photo of the WP pulling the CZ in the Feather River Canyon. 
 There are 2 CZ articles.  The first is "The Loss of the California Zephyr- An 
insiders Account" by G. R. "Dick" Green which is 6 pages long with 8 photos.  
The second article is "Keeping Up the Quality - The CZ's Last Days on the WP" 
by Harold Meeker which is 4 pages long with 5 photos.  Other articles of 
interest to Q fans include "Budd's Dream Factory" (Red Lion Plant), "Dome Car 
Differences", and "Why This Budd's for Me" (also on dome cars).  At least 4 
more CB&Q photos are scattered throughout the rest of these articles.
