[CBQ] Names of cars in the first CZ

Anyone,

I know that I asked this before, quite a while ago, but my hard disc crashed 
and I lost the info.

1. - Can someone supply me with the names (omit SILVER) of the 1st CZ to hit 
the rails?

If memory serves me correctly, the first CZ left from the west coast.

2 - I would also like to know if anyone has the names of the CZ cars that were 
assigned to the first CZ to leave Chicago.

3 - Is it possible to create a DZ in N Scale with the exising products on the 
market?
