Ed, The RBCS 3065-3127 RBLs were delivered in full BN paint. I recall some RBCS PC&F builders photos in an old issue of Mainline Modeler with an article on these cars, but my magazines are in storage at present and I can't be specific. Comparing the side sill on the photo of the ExactRail model with prototype photos reveals the subject series had the earlier sill with shorter cut out around the stirrup step area as per the Rail Shops model.
