Depends on what we define preserved as.  1) there are others in parks, museums, 
tourist RR's etc but our BRHS lists are only as complete as the data mbrs 
submit; 2) many can be found on farms, in small towns & even on BN property  3) 
some still run on BN either in Q paint or repainted BN OR sold second-hand to 
other RR's or businesses (several of the composite hoppers referred to in an 
earlier reply went to C&NW in early 80's as ballast hoppers)
