The Saudi railway network is not that extensive. According to the Saudi Railways Organization webpage, the line goes from Dammam to Hafouf, then a Hafouf-Hardh-Riyadh-Hafouf triangle. Last night I did a cursory examination of the whole system and didn't see any obvious signs of articulated shiny metal cars. There are stub-end passenger terminals and container facilities at Riyadh and Dammam, and several smaller industries served mostly between Hafouf and Riyadh. Has anyone emailed Saudi Railways Organization yet? If not, I will volunteer so they are not inundated by multiple inquiries.
