Can anyone on the list assist with Art's question? Dave -----Original Message----- From: ridgway346@aol.com [mailto:ridgway346@aol.com] Sent: Wednesday, March 25, 2009 7:56 PM To: brhs@burlingtonroute.com Subject: O5A minimum radius. At the Colorado Railroad Museum we have O5A 5629. If we can we would like to move it to a new track further south. The widest curve thatI can lay up to the 5629 display track is a 25 degree curve. What is the minimum radius curve in degrees that the O5As can negotiate? If we can't run this engine around a 25 degree curve we will lay in a storage track to the south of the engine and fill it with narrow gauge cars. We have removed the cars from No Name spur which blocked the firemans side view of the 5629 for over 30 years. It looks quite impressive from the main museum building. Thanks for your help.
