We found boxes of old CB&Q freight record books in a recent renovation of the
CB&Q Freight House in Chariton Iowa. Alot of these date back to the 1940's and
are very interesting to go through and see what was ordered and by whom and
what things cost back in the good 'ol days. Does anyone have any interest in
something like this and is there a value to possibly selling them to help fund
our project?
