Also the M.T. was "owned" by all the major roads who had trackage thru the T.C. 
metro area. They all owned shares in the M.T. And back then it was only a 
monday thru friday operated railroad, and when John Gohmann took over, he made 
it a 24 / 7/ 365 days a year railroad. He also saved it from a very "brutal 
slow death".
