Harold, are the Iowa and Missouri towns listed together in your list? I noticed
some of the mis-spellings but that is certainly
understandable if you are dealing with old plans and if you are not familiar
with the town names. Ackwerth is Ackworth, Bigelew
might be Bigelow, Farmingtom is Farmington, Oskaleosa is Oskaloosa, Macedenia
is Macedonia. There may be one or two others, it
appears all the errors are related to the letters a, e, o which can look alike
depending on how some draftsman make them.
