Almost, but in comparing the GN and Q, there are some differences in the round 
window arrangements at the ends. I have seen  photos of the SF, but don't 
remember how the windows line up when comparing with the Q or GN.
 
I have an American Beauty HO model (GN) thinking I could make it a Q, but the 
more I look at it, the more I think I will leave it in GN colors. The biggest 
drawback in this model, the sides are straight rather than curved like the 
proto types.
