Today, May26, 1934 the Burlington's 9900 ZEPHYR made it's famous Dusk
to Dawn run from Denver to Chicago. Reaching speeds of 112 mph, and
having a average speed of 77.5 mph. Also May 26, 1960 The Pioneer
Zephyr was loaned/donated to the Museum of Science and Industry in
Chicago. A special date in CB&Q History.
