If you're talking about one of the two 85' RPO/Baggage Cars owned by the  
Burlington, you're thinking of Silver Post (#1602) and Silver Page (#1603) 
built  
by Budd in 1948. 
 
They have only been offered in brass by Shoreham Shops, now Railway  
Classics.
