I've been cleaning up the files. Came on one I long forgot about. Freight
houses and LCL.
In reading documents there are numerous references to switching priorities
for Chicago Houses 1,2,5,7,8, and 10 in which "trap" cars are listed.
I think I know and my guess is these were cars shuttling between the houses
in captive service. Can anyone confirm this to be the case?
